These terms cover services from Ah Crap Cleanup Co. ("we," "us"), an owner-operated cleanup business serving Chandler, Arizona. By booking a service you agree to the following.
Quotes & scope
Prices are estimates until confirmed by photo or on-site. We complete only the scope you approve. If a job is materially larger or different on arrival, we'll confirm a new price before continuing.
Access & safety
You're responsible for providing safe access and securing pets. We will not enter a yard with a loose or aggressive dog, will not handle hazardous materials, and will not perform work requiring a contractor's license.
Payment
Payment is due on completion via the link we provide, unless other terms are agreed in writing. Larger jobs may require a deposit. Recurring routes may be paused with reasonable notice.
Photos
We take before/after photos for quality and proof. We may use anonymized before/after photos in marketing unless you opt out in writing.
Liability
We carry out work with reasonable care. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items left in work areas, or issues outside the agreed scope. Nothing here is legal advice.
