How do I get a price?
Text a photo to (480) 256-9684 or use the online form. We reply with a real price (flat or tight range), usually within 10 minutes during business hours. No 'call for a quote.'
How much is weekly dog poop pickup?
$25 per visit for a standard Chandler yard with 1–2 dogs. Founding-25 customers lock that rate for life.
Do you do one-time jobs or only recurring?
Both. One-time cleanups, neglected-yard resets, HOA weed hits, patios, junk, and move-outs are all available — plus weekly recurring pet waste routes.
Do I have to be home?
No. With gate access (or a code) and dogs secured inside, we clean and send photo proof. We close gates exactly how we found them.
What won't you do?
No hazardous waste, chemicals, needles, dead animals, large appliances, roof work, or anything requiring a license. If a dog is loose, we won't enter — we'll report it.
Are you insured?
We're building toward general liability before scaling crews, working owner-operated and adult-only with a strict no-hazards policy until then. Ask anytime where we are in the process.
How do you handle the Arizona summer?
In peak heat we shift to early-morning starts (5a–10a) and shaded/indoor work in the afternoon. Pet waste routes stay on schedule; heavy outdoor jobs get scheduled to the cool hours.
Do you take realtors and landlords?
Yes — move-out rescues, patio resets, weed hits, and trash haul-outs, with flat per-property rates and priority scheduling for recurring contacts.
How do I pay?
Small jobs: pay after via a Square/Stripe link sent with your completion photos. Bigger jobs ($150+): small deposit to lock the window, balance on completion.
